1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Affordable Bounce House Rentals (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), the customer ("Renter") agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement is binding upon payment and acceptance of the rental equipment.

2. Rental Period

• Start and End Time: The rental period begins at the agreed-upon delivery time and ends at the scheduled pickup time.

• Extension Requests: Extensions must be requested in advance and approved by the Company. Additional fees may apply.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Full payment may be required in advance to confirm the booking.

• Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other approved methods.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages or cleaning fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

• Weather Conditions: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather after equipment has been delivered.

5. Equipment Usage Guidelines

• Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times during equipment use.

• Safety Rules:

  • Riders must be grouped by size, not age.

  • No food, liquids, sharp objects, or foreign materials inside the bounce house.

  • Weight limits must be adhered to as specified by the Company.

• Setup Instructions: Equipment will be placed on level ground and secured using stakes or sandbags provided by the Company.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

• The Renter assumes all risks associated with using the equipment, including injuries or damages to persons or property.

• The Company is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from improper use of the equipment.

• The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, including legal fees, related to equipment use.

7. Damage and Cleaning

• The Renter is responsible for returning equipment in its original condition, free of debris or foreign substances.

• Cleaning fees will apply for excessive dirt or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

• Damaged or stolen equipment must be repaired or replaced at the Renter’s expense.

8. Delivery and Pickup

• Equipment will be delivered to and picked up from the address specified in the rental agreement.

• Equipment must remain at the specified location during the rental period unless authorized by the Company.

9. Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be held until equipment is inspected upon return.

• Refunds will be issued if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

10. Special Events

For same-day setup and pickup requests, an additional fee ranging from $80 to $150 will apply based on crew requirements.

11. Severability Clause

If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

By signing this agreement, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
